What’s better than hearing your favorite tune? A free live performance of that tune. We’ve got a menu of free options below, which feature talented artists playing a variety of genres in relaxed settings.

  • Addison: Vitruvian Nights: King George (George Strait Tribute) – Addison’s free summer concert series features popular party and tribute artists every other Thursday throughout the month in the amphitheater at Vitruvian Park. On July 12, the King George band will cover George Strait’s many number-one hits. In addition to the live music, guests may also purchase bites from multiple food trucks. Go two-stepping now.
  • Plano: Community Band: It’s a Zoo Out There – Bring a picnic basket and lawn chairs on July 16 to enjoy a free animal-themed concert, including music from The Lion King, Pink Panther and Jurassic Park. Don’t miss out.
  • Arlington: Little Joe y la Familia– Grammy-winning Tejano music pioneer Little Joe y La Familia will present a free family-friendly concert July 15 at Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts.
