What should I expect when visiting an NTTA Customer Service Center?

You’ll get the same great customer service you have always received along with extra precautions to help protect you and our employees. 

Our teams are:

  • Practicing social distancing
  • Frequently sanitizing high-touch surfaces
  • Washing hands and using hand sanitizer often
  • Limiting in-store capacity
  • Hand sanitizer station for customers
  • “Sneeze guards” at the customer counter

How can I get the quickest in-person service?

Book an appointment in advance for Monday-Saturday using NTTA’s “At Your Service” scheduling tool.

Can I still manage my account from home?

Yes. Manage your account online 24/7 or call 972-818-NTTA (6882) or 817-731-NTTA (6882) Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Saturday between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
