Improvements to Account Management Coming




Later this year, NTTA will upgrade and enhance its systems. The new system will completely replace our current one which runs all software, processes and toll collection at NTTA.

The main thing you will notice is a facelift to online self-service tools you use to manage your TollTag account.

These are big changes for us, and they will bring good changes for you too.

The new system will substantially improve customer service options. You’ll gain access to a new customer portal on that includes an improved, mobile-friendly version and enhancements to our mobile app, Tollmate.

For us, the new system will significantly streamline all of our operations, automating many of our current manual processes.

So, it’s a pretty big lift, one that we’ve been working on since 2017.

We just wanted to give you a heads up about what’s to come later in 2020. We’ll provide you many more details when we get closer to launching the new and improved system.
